Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on Heart Failure Patients with Middle-Range Coronary Heart Disease with Ejection Fraction

To investigate the impact of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on cardiac remodeling and quality life patients with heart failure middle-range coronary disease ejection fraction is main objective study. 116 in middle range were divided as observation or control group. Clinical efficacy both groups was observed changes traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores, function classification, exercise tolerance, ultrasound indexes compared before after treatment between groups. Serum N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide end-systolic declined physical limitation, condition, emotional change, social limitation score total each dimension Minnesota living questionnaire scale obviously (p<0.05), group following treatment. The above scores decreased relative can enhance tolerance such cases, inhibit reverse remodeling, be beneficial improvement life.
